Leaving the bank

I found my branch of RBS not so customer friendly . Always seemed to be young assistants with the impression they were not interested in the customers. Get the transaction done and move on. So i did and left Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

Been with my bank for over 15 years wouldn't go anywhere else always do helpful and never had any problems

Why I stay with RBS

Excellent customer service

I have been a customer of RBS for over 10 years and have had no problems whatsoever with them. Their customer service is excellent and. whenever I have had a query about anything, they have always managed to sort things out for me. I purchased annual travel insurance from them and it was, by far, the cheapest insurance I could find. My husband is disabled and we both have multiple health concerns so were concerned about the cost to travel overseas. Thanks to RBS we could afford the insurance and the holiday.
