RCi fixed term savings accounts are available for one, two, three, four or five years. You’ll need to open the account with between £1,000 and £1 million. Unlimited top-ups can be made in the first 14 days.

Very poor service

RCIs total inability to manage my maturity instructions leading up to and after my fixed bond maturing has left me out of pocket. I can’t have been let down repeatedly by customer services who have not completed there promises have not phoned back when promised and have not delivered my interest to my nominated bank account as requested. T have received no response from phone, email nor secure messaging. Feeling totally let down and concerned over the safety of my investment. Watch out. Reviewed on: 23rd November 2023

Increase Interest Rates

I have a number of different bank accounts, and RCI are the only ones increasing the interest rates. Much appreciated, and makes me determined to send any spare cash their way. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2022
