RCIs total inability to manage my maturity instructions leading up to and after my fixed bond maturing has left me out of pocket. I can’t have been let down repeatedly by customer services who have not completed there promises have not phoned back when promised and have not delivered my interest to my nominated bank account as requested.
T have received no response from phone, email nor secure messaging.
Feeling totally let down and concerned over the safety of my investment.
Watch out.
