Hassle free banking

I banked with Lloyds for 20 odd years, in those years I had terrible customer service, terrible support abroad, issues with declined cards and getting my PIN number back etc. Revolut has been nothing more than amazing. Great interest rates on my savings with the metal plan, I’ve used the airport lounge discount a number of times. Travel insurance is great and I’m stacking my Rev points up nicely through the online offers. My card got blocked when I was abroad and it took me 30 seconds with a text, an email code and the app to get me back online. It took Lloyds 8 working days until I could use my card again!
