Used Overseas

Recently used my card whilst visiting Doha, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. The card was blocked once as a security measure to ensure it was me using it.took less than 2 minutes to confirm I was the user and the card was unblocked. Using the card and transferring money is so easy, and the notifications on spend are instant and useful when overseas in seeing exactly what things cost. I've used mine across Europe and the USA and never once had it declined or an outlet refusing it. They are very quick too at responding to any questions. I like Revolut because I have more opportunity with it's app. I can use account not only for shopping, I can transfer money in other countries, buy stocks and metals, use cashback. With Revolut very comfy travelling. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2024

Excellent banking. Excellent FX..

The FX rates are excellent and I use my account extensively outside of the UK and Europe as I have a Euro and UK bank account. Never had a problem - but I would have no idea how to contact customer service. I will not use a web bot. Heard horror stories from friends whom have had their account blocked/frozen for no apparent reason. Would probably use Revolut for all my banking, if they had a human contact number.
