Excellent customer service

I telephoned today as I had difficulty accessing my online account. I spoke with Danielle, who was professional, efficient, and who solve the problem quickly. This was very reassuring. I have logged a complaint today with another bank as their customer service was the complete opposite. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

But most of all she listened to me and my many story’s about being in the navy while she sorted my saving's out.
