The staff at the Saffron building society in Halsted...

The staff at the Saffron building society in Halsted are super friendly and are willing to take the time to help customers. I went in there recently asking about how to set up online banking and the account helping me was very patient with me even when I kept apologising for taking her time. I have also had a good laugh with a few other staff members which is nice, they are very down to earth compared to other banks I have been to. Reviewed on: 27th January 2026
