The main thing is that I didn't get the information I needed. At the end of the conversation the person told me to call a 0800 number or go personally to the branch where I have the account (Royston) Reviewed on: 3rd October 2023

Waited too long queuing for phone to be answered, waited over a month for acct to be opened, even after phone calls, input my info incorrect,waiting now for User ID and acct certificate which was not sent and email password. So poor. Reviewed on: 3rd October 2023

There was no obvious choice for On line issues. Had to make contact twice as account was still showing as locked after first contact. Reviewed on: 3rd October 2023

In general, very good, but Trying to phone Saffron is like trying to nail jelly to a wall. It is very off-putting to a casual customer who may be shopping around. I tend to go for good service and advice availability. Reviewed on: 3rd October 2023
