See above. However I wish that communication had been better in my husband's case when he attempted to take out a cash ISA. He is still waiting for response to his email querying the delay to opening his ISA. Reviewed on: 14th November 2022

Ease of online access. The time delay between opening and then waiting for an initiation code to arrive by post is disappointing given the rest of the process is online. Could email not be used to expedite the process? Reviewed on: 14th November 2022

I've found it difficult to open an account for my daughter: I did not find the online instruction comprehensive, I found it difficult to source the details I needed to successfully open it. It took me over a month to open one. Reviewed on: 11th November 2022
