Fantastic, quick at answering my call.

Fantastic, quick at answering my call. Good and polite service. I Have been with Saffron Building Society Since 1975, No other Building Society touches them, there working in the community and the friendly service in their town center stores are outstanding. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2026

I already have a Saffron account with an app.

I already have a Saffron account with an app. I opened a new Saffron online account. I received emails telling me my account is open with emails telling me to create a username and password with one email saying that they will text me a temporary password. In my application I gave my old account number. After waiting sometime for a temporary job password, I thought I would look at my Saffron app, to my surprise my new online account was with my old account. Why when applying for an online account didn't it include with the emails that "if you have a Saffron account with an app, your new second account is now on your app with your other Saffron account".
