My wife & I visited for her to open E-Saver & Regular Saver accts. Like. Friendly staff. Dislike. Col bch closed Fri's & Wed's. My wife works Mon-Thur. Please revise. Also the reception desk is open plan - no privacy to discuss anything. Reviewed on: 7th August 2023

I was asked where I came from. My reply - Ireland. I was asked which part. There is only one part. The other part is northern Ireland. Asked if uk taxpayer and citizen, 2 questions but only 1 box to answer. I am taxpayer but not citizen Reviewed on: 7th August 2023
