I had to wait too long because there are not enough staff. There used to be four staff counters, now there are only two. This results in queues. My time is valuable. Reviewed on: 4th October 2023

It feels like a small company working to provide a personal service despite having been sucked into the need for so much to be online. I did feel I was left dangling after initially opening the account online though. Got there in the end. Reviewed on: 3rd October 2023
