Customer service v The App

I've now downloaded the saffron app, however before I did the customer service from those I dealt with is 2nd to none truly fantastic, polite well mannered at funny we have good humour and still professional. In fact having the app has taken away the personal contact which I still believe is vital in this modern day Reviewed on: 8th April 2024
