always had positive experiences in person and by phone - local branch with good opening hours, service is very fast, staff are knowledgeable, professional and helpful. We have a number of savings account with a passbook, and I like that we have a passbook. I like to bring my son in with me, so he can see and get used to the saving ethos, and the stay are always super nice to him, and make a big deal of encouraging his saving and putting money into his savings.
