I can't praise Andy and his team enough, i had an appointment with Andy today following a letter i'd received from him, he provided with me with a summary of accounts before we went through these in greater detail, he really took his time in explaining and providing me with options, i'm over the moon to have fixed some of this now away to work better for me, so much so i've booked my Dad in to come in and see Andy to help hopefully simplify his, it's just lovely being able to see someone rather than a robot, thank you.
