I Had problems accessing my online account and phoned Saffron twice. Both agents (Freddie and Lauren) answered quickly and were helpful, polite and clear and the problem was easily resoved. Many thanks to the excellent Chi Cameron who made a difficult phonecall easier. She dealt with my enquiry sensitively and professionally and followed it with an email summarising information and with useful links. This enabled my visit to the Saffron Walden branch today straightforward as I could ensure I had all required documentation to hand. I had Caroline helping me today she was very friendly, helpful and efficient when serving me. Nothing was too much trouble. She helped me with multiple things: updating my book, transferring money and changing address. She made it a very easy experience.
