It's always a pleasure coming into the Ware Branch, the customer service is always very friendly, today we had an appointment with Andy, who's always very helpful, attentive and reassuring, he's helped us now over the past year and we can't recommend him enough, we spoke to Sarah Dickens prior to book this in who was very friendly and churpy, a real credit to Saffron.
