enquired at the Ware branch regarding accounts for our grandkids, Andrew was very informative and answered all of our questions, he offered us an appointment and kindly waited whilst we called our grandaughter, we have booked to come in, the fact we can speak to someone face to face and have a passbook was a key factor, the customer service received has been second to none, he really took his time to explain and at no point did we feel rushed away.
