updating savings accounts using customer services.

i am very cautious with transferring accounts , so I ring customer services and they undertake the transfer on my behalf , reading the terms and conditions, answering my queries. I then get written communication through the post with my updated savings accounts. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026

Quick rate awitch

I was notified that a better interest rate was available. Following a quick email conversation I was quickly switched to the new product. This was all carried out at the end of the financial year so I know they were busy. Excellent service! Reviewed on: 21st April 2026

Good value for money savings accts, Helpful & Friendly.

They offer good value for money savings accounts and are always friendly & helpful when I forget my password for online banking. I tend to use the excellent mobile app and I can never remember the passwords when i need to use the website. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026

Saffron are very friendly and super professional.

I have encouraged my family to join Saffron and my sister and I always enjoyed going into branch because of the lovely, friendly atmosphere and also the very helpful, professional way we have always been dealt with. I admit we haven’t travelled to branch lately and are dealing with Saffron more via the phone or internet but we are very happy with Saffron. Saffron Savings

I have been saving with Saffron for a good number of years now. I have found them to be an ideal place to put my money. They offer a good selection of accounts to suit a variety of needs always at a competitive rate. I find the regular saver useful to squirrel smaller monthly amounts away. They also sometimes offer special rates for loyal customers which is great as often we find special rates are only for new customers. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026
