When my Wife told me that her mobile phone was giving problems, I knew that she was in for a bumpy ride. So I found her on the phone, speaking to Josh Henderson of Saffron Building Society, who took a lot of trouble and determination, to patiently navigate Pauline around her phone so that she could access her account. With Josh’s expertise, we finally got in. I have been a saver with Saffron for some time now and have always found their Colleagues to be helpful, and since it was I who recommended them to my Wife, I felt that I just had to express thanks from the both of us.
