I visited the Colchester office and as a new customer I am very impresse……..I have been looking for new building societies and it is important to me to speak to someone in person…….All staff are friendly and couldn’t be more patient in answering my many questions. Amazing from start to finish!!

I popped into the Saffron Walden branch to discuss opening an account with Saffron Building Society and I was greeted with a lovely smile by Florrie. She took the time to ask me how I was and how my day had been which was very pleasant. Florrie then went through everything Saffron Building Society could offer.
