Emily was my contact and she helped me set up two accounts, one ISA and an E saver. I couldn't fault her, she explained everything so well and made me feel at ease. Excellent customer service highly recommended.

Kendra was able to assist me with all my queries in a very quick efficient manner. Nothing was too much trouble and I was shown courtesy and professionalism. I would highly recommend Kendra and Saffron building society. Various emails and calls failed and my account was locked and emails to reset my pw all failed and I was getting quite frustrated.
