Emily was my contact and she helped me set up two accounts, one ISA and an E saver. I couldn't fault her, she explained everything so well and made me feel at ease. With so many banks closing and going online it's refreshing to speak to someone face to face, long may it continue. Reviewed on: 29th January 2025
