I locked myself out of my account and contacted the Saffron for assistance. I spoke to an extremely polite member of staff who was friendly, helpful and calm, making my interaction easy. I was led through security and with the member of staffs assistance regained full use of my account Gia the app. The whole experience was dealt with with amazing patience and calmness. I am very lucky to have a local branch

I am very lucky to have a local branch, the friendly staff helped set up an ISA. I used telephone support setting up online access. They were incredibly patient sorting out a wrongly input password, staying with me each step in setting up the account access. Reviewed on: 12th April 2025

I needed help to get an online John-Paul was great he not only helped me with that but changed my savings account to a better one !. Great Service is Alive and Well at Saffron

I had some initial issues with accessing savings which required Saffron to expedite an account change. Ian who dealt with it was exceptional. Both in understanding the problem and really going above and beyond to help me out by resolving it. Really outstanding customer service. Reviewed on: 11th April 2025
