Glad I’m soon leaving.

Awful experiences most of the time. In making simple transactions in the bank the queues are disgusting. Staff stood around waiting for queue to get bigger before then serving. Security questions great but the incessant questions going way beyond are unnecessarily intrusive. Branches shutting down and basic things can’t be done in the machine and needs queuing for. Then having to repeat things over and over again because of lack of listening. Just overall never been a good experience with this bank. Glad I moved banks for most of my savings. A safe pair of hands

The security this bank provides is fantastic. Whenever any spending seems out of the ordinary they call and confirm it's me. The fraud and security callers ask some simple questions and my account is able to proceed with the transaction. Feels reassuring to know someone is watching and protecting my banking.
