Ok for basic daily use.

I use it for basic daily use and it’s ok. I asked many times if they would update their app to make it easier to manage money and section it so outgoings are easier to manage and budget for but all I get is open a different account. As if that is a sensible solution when there are many. Staff are great in the call centre and helpful. Reviewed on: 10th April 2024

Awful experiences most of the time. In making simple transactions in the bank the queues are disgusting. Staff stood around waiting for queue to get bigger before then serving. Security questions great but the incessant questions going way beyond are unnecessarily intrusive. Branches shutting down and basic things can’t be done in the machine and needs queuing for. Then having to repeat things over and over again because of lack of listening. Just overall never been a good experience with this bank. Glad I moved banks for most of my savings. Professional, helpful and decent without pressure.

Excellent advice given and time spent on investing for better savings. No intrusive or controlling behaviour just incredibly helpful, actually knowledgeable and professional from the call centre to the bank staff especially at Ilkley. Super clear communication and actively try to help you not just sign you up. It’s like having an accountant, investment advisor and expert all in one and you still don’t feel pressured. Without revolut I wouldn’t have saved thousands.

Without revolut I wouldn’t have been able to save thousands and actually see my money in pockets and manage it. I’ve asked my bank countless times to offer this in their app and nothing. Revolut have their functionality because they actually WANT you to succeed financially. There’s a reason why other banks don’t make it easy to manage your money whereas revolut do.
