Very helpful and professional

Opening my account online was very simple and easy to achieve. When speaking to staff on the phone the wait was minimal and the lady I spoke to was very friendly and knowledgeable. Reviewed on: 22nd November 2024

As you enter the shop you are greeted with a smile or a nod if staff are busy. Whoever you are talking to gives good advice and are so helpful in explaining certain products that are new to oneself. I would like to be able to move our savings between our accounts more simply and avoid returning the money to my bank before returning it to my other accounts in the Society. Developing an app would be good. Reviewed on: 21st November 2024

I have had phone conversations to open the ISA account. Staff were very helpful in completion of our applications. All went very smoothly. More online improvements would be welcome. I received no welcome pack but my wife did which was from a different branch. Reviewed on: 21st November 2024
