Junior ISA

Lorraine in Galashiels took the time to explain our ISA option for our little boy. Ensured we had all the correct documents prior to opening the account. Excellent Customer Service

Called at the Glasgow Branch on 29/7/2026 and was served by Gerard who was knowledgeable and very helpful. Later on phoned SBS and spoke to Audrey who was professional, courteous and phoned me back with an answer. I am very happy with the customer service at SBS. Reviewed on: 29th July 2026
