The customer assistant, Katie, was extremely helpful and ensured that she covered all ground on the ins and outs of each account. Quick, helpful and friendly customer service

Scottish Building Society - Excellent Customer Service

I applied for a Regular Saver account via a postal application. I made a slight error with my application, but a member of staff called June from their Edinburgh office, was incredibly helpful with her telephone support, which ensured my account was up and running in no time at all.
