I have an ISA and savings account with the Troon Branch. I opened my accounts a couple of years ago as I prefer to visit a local branch and deal with the staff face to face. It is good to support the local community/jobs, having previously worked in the town from 1996 to 2008. I do not use online banking. The Troon staff are all friendly, pleasant and helpful. It is mostly Dawn I have seen when visiting the branch. They provide a wonderful service. It is a lovely branch. It is clean and tidy with a relaxed atmosphere. I would highly recommend the Troon branch of The Scottish Building Society. Reviewed on: 31st March 2026
