Friendly and efficient

I have never had any type of account with you. I decided to open one as you are situated in the town centre and easy to get to. Friendly and approachable

The Galashiels branch were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Jill, in particular, made the whole experience a pleasure, the only downside is that if more than one customer is in there, there is little confidentiality. The upgraded branch is a great success. Efficient, reliable, friendly

It is very helpful to be able to speak to a member of staff for information about your savings accounts by telephone, which is answered promptly and clearly explained in a pleasant manner. Also I prefer your option of opening accounts by post rather than just by internet banking to be available to suit a range of customers' requirements. Reviewed on: 4th September 2024
