Change of details.

I had to call the Society's customer services to resolve my inability to change the details of my linked bank account. The person who answered my call was polite and efficient, although she could not resolve the issue there and then. However, I followed her advice and the issue was successfully resolved within the hour. Reviewed on: 10th March 2025

Queue free, helpful, friendly

No queues. 30 minute queue at RBS but no waiting in SBS. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

Friendly honest value

As always, good advice given and friendly, helpful service. I really appreciate a face-to-face facility. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble for staff in this branch. Only improvement would be to have an office closer, we have to travel 90 mins to reach one. Reviewed on: 19th March 2025

Like - in-branch privacy, tables and seating available, proper view of paperwork, local branch convenience. Not liked: internet banking for savings accounts. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
