We were dealt with by june today we had no appointment booked to register my husband death, we went around all the banks today and was turned away, I walked into Edinburgh branch with no hope and I was seen immediately I was utterly shocked and supposed, what fantastic service that is, especially giving the circumstances, june was wonderfully kept it simple for me to understand , she is going to deal with me personally through out this process ,I could not thank her enough for what started off a horrendous day Reviewed on: 5th June 2026

Efficient and professional service!!

Called the Scottish Building Society regarding my mother and needed support. The phone was answered very quickly which was a fantastic experience as normally other places have such a long wait times.
