Friendly, Helpful, Knowledgeable and Kind

Gerard in the Glasgow City Centre is a fantastic young man who is always so kind and personable to my elderly mother when we take her to carry put her banking in person. He is an asset to your company. His is knowledgeable about the products you sell and is very reassuring. Excellent customer service from June.

I find speaking to someone in the Branch a lot easier to make sure paperwork is completed properly with ISA’s, etc. Really happy with the staff and service I receive at the branch I use in Frederick Street in Edinburgh.
