I have,to date, been extremely happy with the level of service from the Scottish Building Society. I have just had the need to update my linked, Scottish bank account to my savings account. It is to a new account and so no credit record is yet available to check the details. An up-to-date bank statement sorted the required confirmation. Easy, efficient and professional. My wife and i were in your main head office on Frederick Street she had alot to get done and the lady was really helpful my wife was laughing so im assuming it went well minor feedback from an old sole it was very quiet and understandnyou need to promote the buisness on your tv but a bit of background noise would take that eary feeling away..
