Memberdhip relationship assistant Cara dealt with my access dificulties in registering for the new SBS app in a very friendly, supportive and calm manner. Took considersble time to ensure the problem was fixed by working together. As an Aberdonian born, brought up and educated in Aberdeen I learned that Cara is based inthat city.
