I rang the help number and spoke to Katie from the T...

I rang the help number and spoke to Katie from the Troon office. She sent me a reset password via email as I had misremembered the password chosen to activate the new SBS Online process so couldn’t complete verification. Thus password enabled me to log in, enter the verification code and then change the password to one of my choice. Katie stayed on the line while I did this and was very friendly and helpful.
