Very pleased that the matter was dealt with quickly and phone calls about same, very good as I am old and don't have a computer. There is where elderly are faced with matters although they can phone okay about their problems if any. Reviewed on: 9th October 2024

Efficiently old-fashioned!

Very easy to arrange appointment.. Everything was ready and prepared in advance for me to sign. Very efficient meeting. Only negative was some delay in liaison between the call centre and branch; had to be phoned back which could have been inconvenient. Reviewed on: 8th October 2024
