Conman Claim Completed Quickly

I went into the back of someone at an Island so technically my fault but I felt that he had deliberately started them stopped to con me. His attitude was just wrong. Told Sheilas wheels and they refused to pay him as he would not allow them to inspect or produce reports (he has stopped me getting out of my car to take photos) This was two years ago and they keep me updated and it looks like he will never receive a pay out. However they paid me straight away with absolutely no problem and my renewal which was only about a month after was pretty much the same and has been for the last 2 renewals. Very pleased with them. Been with them 3 years now

Sheila's wheels have been the cheapest for me on my BMW and my Vauxhall before that, I have been with them three years and have been renewing every year. They were great when my car was scraped by another driver and when I have had to make any changes to my policy Reviewed on: 4th July 2017

Great value

They have been the best quote, even as a renewal, for the last 2 years! Haven't had to make a claim (thanks goodness) so can't attest to the service but I find they offer a great deal. Reviewed on: 4th July 2017

Over Priced

Claims

Call to make a claim and I was being questioned as though I have murderded somone. No timescales and no reassurance that the claim will be handled. Caused me more anxiety as I feel they don't want to help and are more bothered about finding a reason not to pay. First time I have claimed from this company and so far it's a negative journey. Update on previous review

My car was finally picked up following communication problems between garage, green flag and Sheila's Wheels. After some persistence on the phone Sheila's Wheels then finally came through. They made a decision on repairs within hours of the garage report and gave a valuation first thing the following morning. Also provided a courtesy car. Reviewed on: 18th April 2017
