Mixed bag

The most annoying thing about Sheila s wheels is how they never reward loyal customers. So each year you have to go on a comparison website get a cheaper quote (with sheilas wheels) cancel your existing policy and renew via the comparison site. even when you call you get told to do this- just so bureaucratic. They are also slow to send out documentation to prove your no claims bonus. Otherwise their customer service is friendly and informative. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2017

Disgraceful customer service

I did not wish to renew my subscription, it was renewed without my consent and when I cancelled they were rude and asked me to provide proof I would not be driving for a while, due to an operation. Reviewed on: 1st August 2017

Conman Claim Completed Quickly

I went into the back of someone at an Island so technically my fault but I felt that he had deliberately started them stopped to con me. His attitude was just wrong. Told Sheilas wheels and they refused to pay him as he would not allow them to inspect or produce reports (he has stopped me getting out of my car to take photos) This was two years ago and they keep me updated and it looks like he will never receive a pay out. However they paid me straight away with absolutely no problem and my renewal which was only about a month after was pretty much the same and has been for the last 2 renewals. Very pleased with them. Been with them 3 years now

Sheila's wheels have been the cheapest for me on my BMW and my Vauxhall before that, I have been with them three years and have been renewing every year. They were great when my car was scraped by another driver and when I have had to make any changes to my policy Reviewed on: 4th July 2017

Great value

They have been the best quote, even as a renewal, for the last 2 years! Haven't had to make a claim (thanks goodness) so can't attest to the service but I find they offer a great deal. Reviewed on: 4th July 2017
