Claims

Call to make a claim and I was being questioned as though I have murderded somone. No timescales and no reassurance that the claim will be handled. Caused me more anxiety as I feel they don't want to help and are more bothered about finding a reason not to pay. First time I have claimed from this company and so far it's a negative journey.
