Always the cheapest for me

Shields wheels has always been cheapest for me, easy and efficient service when I had an accident and made a claim. Also offer multi car discount, when my renew came in although i was pleased with the price i rang up anyway and another 10% was taken off. Always excellent customer service on the telephone. Best car insurer I've ever used

Mixed bag

The most annoying thing about Sheila s wheels is how they never reward loyal customers. So each year you have to go on a comparison website get a cheaper quote (with sheilas wheels) cancel your existing policy and renew via the comparison site. even when you call you get told to do this- just so bureaucratic. They are also slow to send out documentation to prove your no claims bonus. Otherwise their customer service is friendly and informative. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2017

Disgraceful customer service

I did not wish to renew my subscription, it was renewed without my consent and when I cancelled they were rude and asked me to provide proof I would not be driving for a while, due to an operation. Reviewed on: 1st August 2017
