Every company is good until you have problem

I had an issue so I called for advise helpline. They convince me to make a claim - when I said I do not want to make a claim. But they said don’t worry it’s just a report - I end up with the claim and paying extra £300 for nothing . Do not choose this company. Now I am trying to complain but even with my call recordings when I was saying I do not want to claim they still claim it’s my fault . Anyone any advise where I can find help with insurance scamming me ? Reviewed on: 29th June 2026
