I was so worried & close to tears the first time I contacted them, ashamed & embarrassed that it had come to that. How wrong I was, the staff have all been so kind, understanding & helpful. Life saving advice and practise

End of mortgage favourable terms and redundancy coincided with credit crunch. I was despondent about my future and had dark thoughts. Contacting StepChange was literally a lifesaver.
