Saved my home

I unexpectedly became ill and I had to reduce my work hours. I could have lost my home if it weren't for Step Change (and to be fair, the understanding of Marks and Spencer Money). Fantastic

I was in debt and struggling both financially and mentally. After contacting StepChange, they talked through everything and came up with the best option for me. They contacted my creditors on my behalf and successfully negotiated manageable monthly payments on my behalf. I pay StepChange one monthly payment and they pay my creditors. This has also stopped the never ending letters and phone calls from creditors. I would recommend them to anyone struggling with debt. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025
