1st Class Service

During my recent telephone call I received all of the information that I needed to help me proceed. The advisor (Catherine Croucher) provided a very friendly, efficient service & was easy to deal with. Apart from above, Catherine went 'above & beyond' when early on in the tel call - the line was cut off (probably my mob). When she tried to call back & couldn't get through - she made a second attempt to call my alternative landline number (which must have been on record) & finally managed to re-connect with me. This was outstanding service & much appreciated. Reviewed on: 26th April 2025

My telephone enquiry was dealt with in a most efficient manner by Ms Gillian Collard; all my queries dealt with most promptly and effectively, information was provided in a very clear manner, and resulting actions implemented straight away. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

A guardian angel..

I have just spent a long time on the phone getting assistance with opening procedure for an account. The lady in question is Catherine. She has been absolutely brilliant, showing enormous patience with a 93 year old struggling with the IT world. A superb experience with someone who epitomises good customer service.
