I have found the process of registering very unreliable and am losing confidence that the Society will deal with my finances much better. Reviewed on: 19th March 2024

We are currently investing in new technology and infrastructure, and we are always looking at ways in which to improve our service to customers. However, we need specific IT solutions which take time and investment, and as a smaller society we have to weigh up the costs and benefits. We do have a dedicated Online Support Team, (03300 243406), who are always pleased to help with any online issues.
