I am delighted by the fantastic service

I contacted by phone Family BS on thursday and Friday 21st and 22nd November 2024. Both ladies whom dealt with my calls were fantastic, I am pleased to say that the nature of my 2 calls were dealt with in the most polite and professional manner I was in fact so impressed that after my bond matured I re invested again into a new savings account with the Family BS.
