Lisa Adams was fantastic today in customer services. I was in total overwhelm as things had gone wrong with funding for buying a house and time was of the essence. She empathised and phoned me back as promised and resolved an issue for me. She was so kind and allowed me time to respond without going on about waiting times. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2025

A delight to speak to some real people who are so helpful and patient. In particular I should like to thank Stephanie McGrath who has the patience of a saint. Experience of Customer Service call

was locked out of account, and needed to phone up to be unlocked. Lisa Adams was very good, and restored my account. The reason for a 3 star rating was not her service, but the 23minute wait to get through on the phone Reviewed on: 2nd September 2025
