Wait time on telephone for call to be answered was 24 minutes which was too long. However the assistance then provided by the operator was excellent. Reviewed on: 10th September 2025

I tried to log into online services & it would not allow me to access just kept rejecting - it was apparently not working but there was no note advising. Obviously there was a long wait following morning to speak to someone - however although I rated the experience as 3 the actual person I spoke to although not in the team but covering during to vol of calls initially advised that I would need to be then put through to another team to withdraw funds which had over 30 in the queue on top of the 45 min wait at 9 opening time pro-actively checked & took my instructions over the telephone - o would score her 5 tip marks for initiative & customer service Reviewed on: 8th September 2025
