Too busy !

Too busy to answer phone, too busy to answer emails, too busy to deal with enquiry, will try and get back to you in about 4 days ! Could not get details or application enquiry off the website. This was an active investment enquiry ! Reviewed on: 10th October 2025

As our phone lines have been particularly busy, we do offer a callback feature that allows you to keep your place in the queue without staying on the line. We’re currently reviewing our response processes to ensure that inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently. We’re sorry you had difficulty accessing the application details through our website. One-Time Passcode

My only complaint is that occasionally the One-Time Passcode text does not come through to my Mobile phone in time and on those occasions I would like to be able to request an automated call to my Home phone. It would be useful to have that choice at the time of logging in. Reviewed on: 5th October 2025

Helpful Customer Service
