Reply from Family Building Society Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review. Due to our current system capabilities, we’re unable to transfer ISA funds via Faster Payments, as we are not part of the electronic transfer database. However, I’d like to reassure you that the receiving ISA provider will credit the funds from the date our cheque is issued. This means there is no loss of interest to you, despite the longer processing times. I’m pleased to confirm that we are actively exploring the introduction of Faster Payments for ISA transfers as part of our ongoing improvements. While this may not be an immediate change, we continually review our processes with the aim of enhancing the overall customer experience. If there’s anything further, we can assist you with in the meantime, please let us know and we will be happy to help. Response date: 12th May 2026
