Review of the The Insurance Emporium, Pet Insurance:

Inflexible customer service/communication.

Missed a payment on 2nd Dec 2024. Was emailed that day and on 16th yes. But this is a busy time of year and I have ADHD and dyslexia so have difficulty with emails. No call. No retry to take funds, no letter. Just cancelled the policy. Called on same day as cancellation and they wanted £10 to re in-state the policy. Reviewed on: 30th December 2024

Supportive, reassuring and informative!

We made a claim for an injury to our pony and The Insurance emporium were supportive and informative through the process. We felt reassured that we could provide the best veterinary and physio treatment for our pony and that almost all of the costs would be covered. This left us to care for her and focus on her wellbeing without having to worry too much about how or whether we would be able to pay for her treatment. Thank you The Insurance Emporium! Couldn’t ask for better!

I bought a kitten in february, and knew very very little about insurance and pet cover so it all seemed a little daunting. But the insurance emporium made me feel like it wasn’t so hard, their website and customer service were so helpful and made me feel so relaxed about embarking on this new adventure with my kitten, ziggy. Satisfied customer

Great service for horse lovers!

All the details about the policy are written in clear, plain English. The staff on the phone are friendly, but not pushy and so it's easy to decide on the best cover for your needs. The cartoon horse picture indicates even a child could understand it! Reviewed on: 15th July 2024
