Review of the Tide, Business Banking:

Ridiculously slow and bad service.

Ridiculously slow and bad service. Holds the money for no reason and do not allow them to be transferred. Even with a pro-plan, the customer rep (Rimas Ayddim) is EXTREMELY slow to respond and offers no help. In the time taken to get a response from them, I have been able to write a 1-star review across all platforms and still doest not hear from them. Reviewed on: 10th September 2024

Great bank with all the features I need.

I'm self-employed and the switch to Tide has made running mu business so much easier. Great features, simple use and so far completely reliable which is far more than can be said for my high street bank that manage my personal account! Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

Excellent Service

Great for first time business owners

I've been using Tide for 3 years now and it's been a great support for my new small business. I send a lot of small invoices and have to track a lot of transactions, and Tide is helpful for that. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023
