Ridiculously slow and bad service.

Ridiculously slow and bad service. Holds the money for no reason and do not allow them to be transferred. Even with a pro-plan, the customer rep (Rimas Ayddim) is EXTREMELY slow to respond and offers no help. In the time taken to get a response from them, I have been able to write a 1-star review across all platforms and still doest not hear from them. Reviewed on: 10th September 2024

Hassle free and cost effective

Tide is one of the most cost effective business banking I know. The banking App is really easy to navigate and support by real humans is readily available when you need it. The quality of the services you receive, coupled with the affordable banking costs makes Tide the number one for me. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

Easy to use
