I’m very happy

I’m very happy with the current account Triodos provide especially now it will link to Apple Pay. I don’t often have to use their customer services but when I have I have been very satisfied with the professional and friendly staff. I wish they would have a current account where the cost of each purchase on my Triodos card is rounded up and the rounded up monies put into a savings account or given to a reputable environmental charity. A human being answered the phone

When I bought a car last year, Triodos stalled the payment because it was out of character for me. I called the bank and spoke to an actual human being who sorted it for me and got the payment through within a few minutes. I can't remember the last time I had spoken to a human being with my previous bank. Absolutely brilliant service! Reviewed on: 16th April 2025
