Ethical ethics, customer service

I love that I can be confident my money is being used for positive projects that benefit others. It is not being used to invest in fossil fuels. All customer service has been extremely friendly and helpful. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

Not just the bottom line, but the triple bottom line

Many more ethical companies like Triodos are needed. I am glad to be able to have a current account with a bank with values. It is also great to read about small businesses like Comrie Croft that receive loans from Triodos, and at the same time hear about the triple bottom line in practice. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

Efficient and ethical

I chose to open a current account with Triodos bank because I agree with their values of investing in environmentally sustainable and ethically sound companies. A new account with Triodos

I decided after a bad experience with a major high street bank after many years that I wanted to deal with a bank that could have better standards. I was recommended to try Triodos and I have found them very easy to set up an account with. Simple straightforward and sustainable. Nice to talk to as wel

I have to admit to waiting for the chance to be able to join triodos after reviewing ethical sustainable banking choices. I also wanted to be treated like the bank had values in customer serve as well. As a new customer I've not been disappointed. Even when issues have come up in application they were a pleasure to talk to. Knowing my bank account is more ethically and environmentally aware with more scope for sustainable investment helps me think that a small choice just adds more to how we can all tackle our global problems together. Ethics matter

Most people need a bank to survive in today's society. Triodos is now really the only bank that offers convenience online and ethics to prevent your money being moved around to finance arms deals, or anything that could be considered polluting. Highly recommend. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019
